Word of mouth marketing is the single most powerful form of marketing on the planet today. I’ve written about it before so it should be no surprise that I’m repeating myself 🙂 I am a raving fan.
For business word of mouth marketing can be defined as “any business action that leads to a customer recommendation.”
For churches I would define it as “any action that leads to a recommendation about your church or Jesus.”
For non-profits I would define it as “any action that leads to a donor recommendation.”
