I believe introverts are God's gift to the creative expression of the church.
I believe that God has wired them to become the best creative talent there is.

Are you an innie or outie?
I believe – just as in many other things – you need both to be effective. Yes, innies let their work talk for them. And outies can interact with a customer in order to tease out exactly what the design brief really is. You need both, or you’ll end up with perfect work solving for the wrong problem.

I’ve actually found you do need both, but with innies they do let their work do the talking.
I’ve also seen another interesting trend – alot of muso’s seem to be sanguine personality types. Many songwriters though are innies.
